Aisha Masjid & Islamic Centre and Jamme Masjid Alexandra Rd are pleased to announce, that Ramadan will commence tomorrow Monday 6th June, Therefore Taraweeh salah will commence tonigh after esha at 22:45.

Brothers and Sisters

We are pleased to announce the Eid Jamaat times, Insha’Allah Eid al Adha prayers will be held on Thursday 24th September 2015.

The prayers will be conducted over four congregations at AMIC and Jamme Masjid in Alexandra Road. We respectively request you all to arrive 15 – 20 minutes before Jamaat time.

1^st Jamaat – 08:00 am at Aisha Masjid & Islamic Centre
2^nd Jamaat – 09:30 am at Jamme Masjid, Alexandra Road
3^rd Jamaat – 10:00 am at Aisha Masjid & Islamic Centre
4^th Jamaat – 11:15 am at Aisha Masjid & Islamic Centre

Prayer space will be available for Sisters at AMIC on the Ground Floor level.

Those that live in the nearby area should make every effort to walk to the Masjid and avoid driving, as parking will be at a premium. There will be limited parking available at AMIC.

Please make every effort to walk or car share where possible, if you must drive look to park sensibly and safely.  Do NOT park illegally or block any drive ways, your consideration of keeping disruption to neighbours at a minimum is appreciated.

Announcement : Dhul Hijjah and Eid ul Adha

Alhamdulillah, 30 Days of Islamic Month Dhul Qa’dah will be completed today, thus:

-1st Day of Dhul Hijjah will be Tuesday 15th September 2015

-The Day of Arafah will be Wednesday 23rd September 2015

-Eid Al Adha will be on Thursday 24th September 2015 Thursday Insha’Allah.

May Allah accept it & Make the 5 Days of Hajj Easy for The Hujjaj & Make it Mabroor & Maqbool Hajj for all Pilgrims (Aameen)

The Aisha Masjid Islamic Centre (AMIC) Project management team would like to thank ALL members of the community from the various corners of the Ummah in Reading and beyond for their donations in the past, present and future. Assisting in the birth of this project and hopefully through to it’s completion to be realised as a valuable asset, serving the good and well being of this community.

AMIC project management recognises ALL individuals and groups of people, who have provided Money, Time, Food, Gifts, Qard-al-hasanah and Personal Effort to make this project a reality.
